Costing Accountant

Sellick Partnership are exclusively recruiting for a Project Costing Accountant to join a reputable manufacturing business near Tamworth. This is a contract position until February 2021, and requires someone to start as soon as possible.

The Project Costing Accountant will be responsible for working with the buyer and production team creating the Billing of Materials (BOM) for the company products. Duties of the role include:

• Creating BOM for each product
• Holding meetings with relevant personnel to critique each BOM
• Create a Fixed Asset
• Asset tagging
• Costing Analysis
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience completing similar duties as above
• AAT/CIMA qualified - desirable not essential
• Ability to start at short notice
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
