Restructuring Senior Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Financial Restructuring professional to join a rapidly growing and conflict free Independent Consultancy.

The focus of the work will be on high profile advisory projects including balance sheet restructurings, cash and working capital management, business reviews and accelerated M&A due diligence although candidates who may have a formal Insolvency or mixed background, including contingency planning and options analysis will also be considered.

The success and growth of the team ensures that career progression will be rapid and the financial rewards are also market leading.

Candidates are likely to come from a Big 4 Restructuring team, a Top 10 firm or a leading Independent Consultancy and will ideally be ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent.

The business works very closely with the Private Equity community, as well as directly with Corporates and mainstream lenders and you will be given excellent senior level exposure with all of these clients.

At the more senior levels business development skills will be welcomed and language skills are also valued due to the International nature of the work.
