Finance Manager

The Finance & Accountancy Division at SF Recruitment have partnered with a superb client based in South Northamptonshire. We are recruiting for a Finance Manager on the behalf of a superb leading manufacturing business who are very well established within their profession. This Finance Manager role reports directly to the Managing Director.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Managing 4 direct reports
- Working very closely with the Senior Management Team in assisting with financial decision making
- Manage processes, reporting and controls for revenue & cost lines
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow projections
- Generation of management reports to provide insight and analysis regarding monthly performance
- Consolidating the statutory reports including cashflow, balance sheet and profit and loss accounts)
- Forecasting
- Cost accounting
- Oversee billing processes & systems to ensure that they are robust, efficient and 'best in class'
- Play a lead role in managing risk, compliance and systems integrity across the AP & AR Teams
- Managing relationships with auditors, HMRC and stakeholders
- Act as the link between commercial and sales teams
- Other accounting duties required by the Managing Director

As the Finance Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) 2-3 years PQE
- Ability to produce full statutory accounts
- Experienced in successfully building and delivering a monthly reporting pack
- Ambitious to be part of a team that delivers high levels of sales growth and business improvement
- Interest in wider business context
- Enthusiasm and excitement about contributing to a dynamic growing business
- Experience of process improvement or refining/upgrading systems and processes
- Comfortable with working to deadlines in a fast-moving, leisure business environment
- Detail focused and able to translate complex information into succinct reports and analysis for the finance leadership team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who is looking for a varied and challenging role within a company that has grown year on year and have continued future growth plans.
