It is surviving Covid by moving rapidly and successfully into new markets and has the flexibility to take advantage of an ever changing commercial landscape.
Due to retirement, the MD wishes to appoint a business focussed qualified accountant as Finance Director. This is a broad role encompassing IT and procurement as well as finance but, more importantly, will be working with the MD to ensure that the business can react positively to commercial opportunities as markets change over the next 18 months.
Candidates will be finance professionals, preferably, from a manufacturing background. It is vital that you have commercial experience plus possess strong communication and influencing skills.
