Management Accountant / Finance Manager

New opportunity as Management Accountant / Head office Accountant within a highly acquisitive fast growth small to medium sized business in a sector that is secure in the present climate.

Whilst reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for broad accounting duties with accountabilities including the below:

Monthly Management reporting for a division along with commentary around actuals versus plan, preparation of data for the monthly group board pack. Treasury activity such as cash forecasting, holding company payments and bank and lender review. Capex work including monthly capital expenditure report. Balance sheet review, analysis of Fixed Assets, accruals and prepayments, Payroll preparation for Payroll Bureau, VAT returns, year end work including liaison with auditors and Tax advisors, ad-hoc work around developing processes and supporting acquisitions.

This is well suited to a qualified accountant or someone who is qualified by experience looking to develop and progress. There will be support offered for a candidate who has yet to have exposure to all areas.

It is key that you have a good working knowledge of Sage
