Incorporated in 2017, our client has successfully established a portfolio of medical technologies ensuring patients receive the right treatment for a better quality of life.

Following successful fundraising, they are currently expanding their team and now need an experienced part-time Financial Controller to support the CFO.

Providing statutory accounting, budgeting, management accounting as well as other financial processes.

Working remotely from home 3 days per week, duties will include

  • Producing VAT, R&D tax credits, employee tax reporting and administration of employee share options
  • Production of year-end statutory accounts, consolidated accounts and analysis of UK and overseas tax returns
  • Cashflow forecasting, performance forecasts and management accounts
  • Assist with the production of the Senior Leadership Team and Board reporting
  • Reconciliations, controlling corporate credit cards, manage FX holdings and liaise with bankers
  • Record purchase invoices, expenses and maintain accruals and prepayments
  • Manage payroll through a payroll provider

This exciting role requires a person who is a self-starter with a proactive approach. Has a positive attitude who would roll their sleeves up and be hands-on. A person who can unpick information and produce meaningful accounts. Reliable and committed with a passion to add value and be part of this growing international business.

Ideally, you will have experience of working within the pharma industry.
