Head of Credit Job, Based in Salford

You will be working for a rapidly growing organisation based in Salford. This is a business that has doubled in size over the last two years and continues to expand.


Your new role

This job requires you to have full responsibility of the Credit department and drive the team to achieve results. Your main duties will include; managing a team of 10 credit controller, driving & motivating your team, 121's, reporting to senior management, getting hands on as and when required, improving processes, recruiting staff and other ad hoc duties. This job requires someone who is prepared to take on additional workload and work within a fast paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must have a previous experience leading a large team of Credit Controllers. A background in B2C collection is advantageous but by no means essential.
