Interim Financial Controller
South London
Ignata Finance have been instructed to recruit an Interim Financial Controller for a highly acquisitive, fast growing pharmaceutical business based in South London. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with an ACA or ACCA qualification, and have experience integrating new businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO in the integration of a newly acquired business
- Oversee the month end process, including insightful analysis, and ensuring all transactions are recognised correctly in the system
- Cash flow reporting
- Restructure the reporting function
- Integrate group policies and procedures
- Develop and improve profitability analysis
- Implement effective controls
- Manage budgeting process for multiple entities
- Assist with year end and audit processes, liaising with external auditors
- Manage a small finance team
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualified accountant
- Thorough knowledge of technical accounting principles and procedures
- Experience establishing new processes and procedures
- Strong analytical skills
- M&A experience, integrating new acquisitions and lining up processes
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and organise both work and people to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage a team
4-6 months

£400-£450 per day DOE
