Consistent growth has created the need to recruit a senior manager - somebody to manage a portfolio of clients, develop new ones and have responsibility for mentoring and leading a team. Working across a mixed portfolio of clients, you will lead a team that delivers audit and accounting services and, whilst the focus will be delivering audit assignments, some of your clients will require accounting services and tax advice at times and this means you role will be broad and varied.

Joining as a Senior Manager means you will need to excel at managing client relationships but will also need to be comfortable playing your part in business and client development. As the firm has managed to grow its client base consistently, there is scope for this role to lead to a Directorship as the firm continues to expand and win clients through referrals and due to its excellent reputation.
