Description

A great opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an Education organisation based in Leeds into a newly created role. Key areas of delivery will include:

  • Managing a small team of 6 including a supervisor to deliver accurate and timely transaction processing across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and pensions.
  • Responsible for all statutory returns.
  • Lead on continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Profile

Ideally candidates will be fully accountancy qualified ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA ) or equivalent with experience of managing a transactions team and ideally experience of managing pensions and payroll.

The role is currently being worked on a remote basis, but when the situation changes for staff to return to the office thee successful candidate will be working and managing a team in Leeds and so will need to be able to commute to the area.

Job Offer
