SF Recruitment are currently working with an exciting, private equity backed tech business. They are looking to bring on board a Finance Manager to bolster their finance function through a period of sustained growth and to affect appropriate financial control in the Company and smooth the financial processes between all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with a truly exciting business parallel to it's own aggressive expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger management including adding invoices to the system and payment runs
- Sales ledger management including tracking quotes/sales
- Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments and similar accounting entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit checks - D&B
- Liaising with Procurement with respect to cash flow and purchase invoicing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Checking expenses to policy
- Analysis of monthly numbers and presenting in a format suitable for Board presentation
- VAT review and appropriate coding of invoices
- Review and incorporation of overseas financials into UK reporting
