Head of Finance

My client is a successful PE backed services company that is looking to appoint a Head of Finance. 

Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a commercially focused role involving integrating acquisitions, driving margin improvements and improving/developing systems to meet the changing needs of the business. You will lead the finance team to deliver timely and insightful financial and management reporting across the business. The role will encompass leading budgeting and forecasting, driving financial analysis to improve decision making as well managing all monthly an annual reporting requirements.

This is a 'hands on' management role that will work closely with operational heads supporting the business through a period of significant change. 

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4-5 years PQE combined with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.  You will have a high level of commercial acumen and some previous experience of leading a significant change process (i.e M&A, systems/process changes integrations etc.) in a fast paced business environment.
