A well-known brand in Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance to help lead the commercial finance function. In this full-time, permanent role, the Head of Finance will work closely with the Finance Director and the Managing Director on the commercial strategy.
Your New Role
Key duties of the Head of Commercial Finance will include:
- Management of a team of 3
- Responsibility for the investment analysis
- Working closely with the president, Finance Director, Sales Director and Marketing directors
- Being a key finance contact for the wider teams
- Preparation of strategic business propositions
- Making key business decisions on retail pricing
- Responsibility for real time reporting and BI maintenance and improvements
About You
To be successful with your application to this Head of Commercial Finance role you will be an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified Accountant who demonstrates:
- Retail/FMCG experience (desirable)
- Experience in return on investment analysis
- Experience in preparation & presentation of strategic business propositions
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in controlling margin integrity across different channels in the business
Salary
On offer for the Head of Finance will be £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus great bonus potential.
