SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join a client of ours based in Coalville, Leicester. Our client is seeking immediate support from an experienced Payroll Officer. The successful Payroll Officer will process monthly & weekly payroll for employees who are either paid hourly or salaried. The payroll information to be downloaded from a time and attendance system for the accurate calculation of basic hours, overtime, shift allowance, holiday and absence.
The suitable individual will also provide the full payroll requirements up to the point of delivery to an outsourced Payroll Provider who will apply all NI and Tax calculations and miscellaneous requirements, inclusive of auto enrolment pension provisions. As the Payroll Officer you will also liaise with the payroll provider and audit receipt of payroll information that meet strict process deadlines.
Our client is looking for an individual with good System experience as they are part way through implementing a new T&A & Payroll system. The successful Payroll Officer must be immediately available, be able to work independently, self-motivated and have the ability to work pro-actively.
