A top 10 firm in the Thames Valley area is currently recruiting for a Senior Audit Manager within the Corporate Division to join a busy and high performing team in their Reading branch. Your new role
This is a busy and challenging role which will be part of a dynamic and forward thinking team. Your role will include the below but not be limited to:

- Working on-site at clients as well as office based/remote to ensure timely completion of audits
- Act as audit lead on all clients, including fully listed and AIM listed clients
- Leading and directing all aspects of audit services
- Staff management including resource planning, performance management and training
- Maximise profitability from a portfolio of clients
- Work closely with central departments on risk management, technical and other areas
- Support Partners in group sales and marketing activity, including leading client pitch teams, group networking and other events
- Contribute to new business development
- Develop sector specialist knowledge

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified or overseas qualified. You will also have had experience in a similar Audit Manager role within practice. You will also have a large amount of experience of delivering audit and other assurance services to clients (AIM and full list) with international interested. You will also have working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements. You will also have experience of business development as well as experience managing a wide portfolio of projects.
