We are recruiting a Financial Controller on behalf of a high growth IT group based in Woking. Set for treble digit growth, this business is recruiting a brand new role (reporting to the CFO).
With responsibility for a small finance team (3 heads), this role has responsibility for managing all financial reporting (internal and external), as well as FP&A and business partnering.
The right candidate will have an audit background and some exposure to managing a small team. We are looking for a candidate with ambition to step up to a CFO in 24-36 months.
