Outsourcing Manager - Fareham

Bookkeeping & Outsourcing Manager job in Fareham Portsmouth with well a leading accountancy practice

You will be working for a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisors operating across the UK and overseas with a well-established base in Hampshire.

As part of your role as a Bookkeeping and Outsourcing Manager you will be working to deliver a tailored service to clients through advice and complex record management. You will also be working closely with clients to recommend the best accounting software for their business and advising on requirements of their bookkeeping and management accounts preparation. As a manager, you will be involved in department work planning, appraisals and directly guiding more junior team members to provide both technical and day to day guidance to support their journey.

As part of the management team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and staff management. Personal coaching will continue as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications which can be tailored to your own individual aspirations and can even include mentorship as you plot a route to Director/Partner.

You will need to be a qualified accountant, ACA or ACCA, with a string background in accountancy practice looking to take the next step on your career journey. Previous experience in a similar role is essential along with the ability to manage a team and work with the management team to move the business forward.
