Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for a Transition Project Manager, supporting a newly created, central Transformation Team. This role will play a key role in governing a global, high-profile programme. You will be responsible for aspects of the project within the transition workstream, ensuring updates are regularly reported and roadmap milestones are hit in a timely fashion. You will play a key role in mitigating risk and the smooth running of the programme.
- Working in conjunction with external resource to deliver key transition project deliverables
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure roadmap transitioning
- Preparing regular reports, outlining updates and progress within the transition workstream
- Mitigating risk within your workstream
- Producing regular steering-co updates
- Working closely with SME's and internal groups to drive success withing the transition workstream
- Key point of contact for the PMO function to provide reports, updates and management
