RattrayParkin have been exclusively engaged to recruit a Head of Finance to a highly successful and rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield. This role has been identified as a critical element of the senior management team following a recent private equity investment.
The role, reporting directly into the Managing Director, will emcompass a wide variety of responsibilities from financial, where you will be charged with implementing the right levels of control and systems, ensuring timely and accurate MI is delivered to stakeholders, to strategic and commercial, as you will be a key part of senior management driving the business to achieve it's growth goals. Also you will be looking after other functions outside of finance including operations and IT.
In order to be considered it is essential that you have worked in a manufacturing business before. You need to display desire, drive and ambition which reflects their own culture as well as having strong technical and communication skills.
