Your new company
This independent, Bolton-based accountancy practice have built and maintained a large presence in the North West and are looking for an established tax professional to join their Corporate Tax team. They are a general practice that have been in business for 40 years, and cover all aspects of accounting, namely; audit, corporate finance, tax, wealth, business recovery and business funding, with significant international work taking place also. They have almost 200 staff now and each of these plays a key role in their great success as a firm.

Your new role
In this Corporate Tax Advisory manager job you will be helping to drive business forward from a business tax perspective, getting involved in all levels of work required at your new firm on their behalf. You can expect to be getting involved in; corporate restructuring, M&A, SEIS/EIS, share schemes, demergers, acquisitions and disposals to name just a few, and play a key role in their corporate team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this Bolton-based job opportunity, you will be required to have numerous years experience working within an accountancy practice, and preferably be CTA qualified. In addition to this, you will also need to be able to speak confidently when addressing clients' problems, and draw upon your past experience, as well as other tangible expertise. You will be heavily client facing and expected to deliver top standards of work in a precise and accurate manner, adhering to deadlines to maintain the firm's notable reputation.
