This is a small business within a stable industry, they are a business who have a number of companies within the group and who are looking for a company accountant to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role

They are recruiting for an accountant, someone who is ideally practice trained within bookkeeping for clients, someone who is also comfortable with month end routines, accruals and prepayments, variance analysis, cash-flow control and the production of monthly management accounts. Along with this, the ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail and be happy working in a role where no 2 days are the same.

What you'll need to succeed

The candidate will have experience of working in both practice and industry, they will ideally be AAT qualified (or equivalent as a minimum) and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
