Part Time Accounts Senior - Newcastle - Circa £30,000+ pro rata

Your new company
An established, recently refurbished accountancy practice based in Newcastle are looking for an experienced Accounts Senior, to join their team on a flexible part time basis working 20-25 hours a week.

Your new role
As the Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for reviewing work carried out by the accounts staff including sole trader, partnership and company year end accounts. You will be overseeing and finalising all aspects of tax and VAT carried out by other employees, as well as mentoring and training staff within the firm.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in accountancy practice and good knowledge of accounts, tax and VAT. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and experience in using accounting software including excel.
