A successful FMCG brand based in North London are currently recruiting for an AP Finance Assistant to join their growing finance division.
You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, credit notes and staff expenses, preparation of weekly payment runs, ensure all relevant invoices are approved, processed and collated for the fortnightly payment run, Set up payments in multicurrency banks accounts (GBP/EUR), Send remittances to suppliers after payments have been processed, Requesting supplier statements and ensuring all invoices have been captured, Updating, filing and processing receipts and Monthly processing credit card reconciliation.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in gaining a career in finance and accounting. Any previous experience in a finance function is advantageous. Ideally you will have a degree in Accounting and Finance or studying towards an AAT qualification.
