Financial Controller
Commutable from Plymouth, Exeter, Torbay or Newton Abbot
£50,000-£65,000
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join our client based in Devon. Initially the position will be offered as a long term FTC with the potential to become permanent.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Finance Director in providing timely management information and business insight
- Accountable for the production of monthly Group Management Accounts, including oversight of all supporting reconciliations
- System/Process implementation/improvement
- Cash management
- Statutory Reporting
- Creating statutory accounts and notes
- Managing all year-end adjustments
- The process of consolidating the annual budget/forecasts
- Assisting budget holders in preparing their budget submissions
- Assisting with review and presentation of budget
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of leading a finance team and being involved in the strategic decisions of a company. This position is commutable Plymouth and Exeter. Please forward you CV for consideration ASAP.
