SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a market leading multi-site retail business that has an established presence across the United Kingdom & ROI. Our client is seeking to add a permanent Balance Sheet Accountant to join the Financial Accounting team and support the Financial Accounting Manager in improving processes and controls across the business.
This position requires a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) with experience of significantly improving reconciliations processes and the productivity of a team. This role would ideally suit a recently Qualified Accountant who is seeking an opportunity to grow professionally within a business that provides an unrivalled platform for exposure and development.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a high volume transaction business is desirable
- Experience of delivering process improvements
- Experience of leading teams through changes and new ways of working
- Advanced Excel skills
- Pro-active attitude with the ability to work autonomously
