Group Reporting - Senior Manager / Head of

A listed, multinational media group is seeking to strengthen it's Group Reporting function with the addition of a high-performing individual at Senior Manager or Head of level on a permanent basis.  Reporting into a dynamic and engaging CFO, this is a broad role that will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to drive change and improvements and have an almost immediate impact.  Managing a small team, the new member of the Group Reporting team will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance with international reporting standards, the timely production of accounts and the delivery of top quality information.  They will also play a part in the planning and forecasting cycles at group level.

Candidates will have begun their career in audit (ideally in a Big 4 firm) and will now be operating in a group reporting capacity in industry.  Whilst media sector experience is not a pre-requisite, experience of preparing or auditing PLC accounts will be looked upon favourably.  Candidates must have fairly significant PQE and able to demonstrate the ability to support and challenge finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels.
