Senior Treasury Manager

Our client, a global engineering business, have just made a large acquisition abroad and are hence looking to make a new hire into Treasury. This is a newly created Treasury position and will be completely autonomous, so they need someone with good experience who can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and streamline Treasury processes
• Rationalise global bank accounts
• Manage banking relationships and procedures
• Improve cash pooling to reduced RCF drawdowns
• Covenant compliance
• TMS project - RFI, selection and implementation
• Provide support for M&A projects
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on a global basis

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
• AMCT qualified is ideal but not essential
• Experience with a TMS implementation will be of benefit
• Excellent communication skills to effectively maintain stakeholder relationships
• Good managerial skills
