Your new company
With a number of offices across the North West, this Top 100 regional accountancy practice offers a variety of services in Accountancy, Audit and Taxation across a multitude of both common and specialist sectors. This firm are currently experiencing considerable growth and are therefore looking to recruit a highly competent Trusts Senior Manager to help them realise this growth across their tax offering. This firm will be flexible on which office you will be based in.

Your new role
In this Cheshire-based Trusts Tax Senior Manager job, you will be responsible for the preparation of certain more complex trust accounts, preparation of charity and accounts and returns, in addition to helping handle the high level queries relating to income, capital gains and inheritance tax. You will focus your main efforts on building out the Trusts portion of the tax offering and you will also be responsible for assisting the existing trusts manager with their development. Given that part of this role is client facing, you need to maintain a high level of customer service at all times, dealing with a diverse portfolio of clients at a high level, in addition to assisting the team as a leading individual.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be the successful applicant for this role, you will have experience of working within trust in practice/banking/legal. The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified, have excellent people skills and a desire to thrive within a collaborative work environment, while maintaining excellent standards of client care. You will be organised and all work you submit will be to a consistent high standard. You will need to have a good understanding of the wider market and use this to help build your portfolio. A good eye for spotting opportunities with existing work of the department will also help you secure this job as a Trust Senior Manager.
