Your new role
This is a newly created role and requires an ambitious qualified accountant to take the company to the next level. The role will involve: overall responsibility for all aspects of the finance function; managing, training & developing a small and very willing finance team; business partnering budget holders; being a key member of the senior management team who ensures that Finance is at the heart of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who is ambitious to progress your career and make a definite impact in a successful and expanding business. You should have good all-round accounting skills, including financial & management accounting, cash flow monitoring, budgets & forecasts, cost control, etc. You will be a comfortable manager & trainer. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to business-partner, persuade & influence.
