Finance Business Partner

My client is currently looking for a highly commercial business partner to join their high performing team in an incredibly varied role. The position will require the individual to make regular and strategic commercial decisions on the behalf of the business and to drive profitability across the given area of the business. Further to this, the role will require said person to build strong relationships with senior management and will require someone to influence external and internal stakeholders as well.

The company themselves are an incredibly high growth property company who are in one of the busiest growing markets in the sector. They operate a flexible work policy and have an incredible dynamic and high achieving group of employees. The said applicant will be expected to reflect the companies values and policies and should want to push on in their career in the short term and long term. The role itself is as follows:

Key Responsibilities

- Business Partner with senior management

- Business partner with external stakeholders

- Identify new revenue streams through analysis

- Revenue Analysis

- Report on corporate costs

- Variance Analysis on revenue and corporate costing

- Cash forecasting

- Partner with the business planning team

- Revenue reporting

Key Requirements

- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualification

-Experience in Real Estate preferable

-Strong commercial experience

-Previous business partnering experience

- Strong team player

-Strong communicator
