Finance Director for a fantastic manufacturing SME near Worksop. With significant PE investment pending, the new investors and the board are looking to add an ambitious Finance Director to the small board.
The business is profitable, cash generative and about to embark on an exciting period of change and development.
The FD will be a legal director and sit on the board, with responsibility for;
- Ensuring all manufacturing operations and commercial activity are supported by finance
- Working capital management is effectively lead
- Management information is slick for decision making
- Compliance for statutory reporting, tax planning and export administration
