Description
Key Responsibilities will include:
-Managing a team of commercial business partners
-Managing 3 divisions within the business
-Assess and drive the key measures for profitability
-Focus on VFM and how your team can drive this
-Supporting on Opex and Capex
-Provide scenario analysis and commercial planning
-Produce businesses cases and review your teams models
-Produce budgets and forecasts
-Drive culture change based on values of the organisation
Profile
Must have had a senior role where you have
-provided strategic insight
-credible with skills around influencing and negotiating
-ability to present to different stakeholders including directors
-demonstrate commercial contracts experience
-Experience in housing or property could be advantageous
Job Offer
£60,000 package with generous benefits
