Financial Controller | M4 / West Country | c£75,000 plus bonus and benefits | Manufacturing / Engineering

Reporting at board level, you will play a key business management role, leading the finance team to produce and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and accounts, whilst providing the associated analysis and commentary to facilitate accurate forecasting and decision-making.  You will also have a significant involvement in group reporting and liaison, in what is a broad based and influential leadership role.

A graduate ACA or ACMA, you should demonstrate successful experience at finance controller level, gained within a technology-led manufacturing/ engineering business, ideally within an international group structure.   You will be a confident presence at senior level and an effective communicator and manager of people, who will thrive within a fast-moving, professional and challenging environment.
