The Company
Axon Moore are partnering with a market leading private equity backed services business based in North Manchester. They are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the business on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position as the business continue to go from strength to strength, this individual will report into the Head of Finance.
About the role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing the business with a deeper understanding of business drivers which will influence decisions and financial performance. You will be required to partner with operational directors and BI functions, you will also be required to work with the FP&A team to strengthen the financial planning cycle.
Salary - £50k - £55k depending on experience

Main Duties
- Analysing financial results and key variances versus the financial plans
- Strengthen financial planning cycle
- Work with the FP&A team
- Initiative & Synergy tracking vs budget and forecast
- Identify and develop new ways of communicating analytical outcomes
- Drive business performance including Financial business KPI’s
- Financial modelling
- Day to day analytics
- Weekly revenue and performance reporting
- Monthly review and communication of financial results
- Budget and Forecast preparation
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Accountant
- Experience within a similar FBP role
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Excellent IT skills
- An ability to work with different types of people
- Ability to presenting financial information across the business
- Prior experience of an IT service led business model – desirable
- An ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment commensurate with PE
