Commercial Finance Manager

A renowned and highly reputable business within the South Yorkshire region is looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager to take control of the commercial activities of the Group Finance function. Based in Sheffield, the role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role

The Commercial Finance Manager role has significant international scope across several regions and has a raft of commercial and project-based responsibilities including:

• The management of M&A activities
• The subsequent bedding in of subsidiaries and affiliate businesses

About You

To be successful in this autonomous Finance Manager role you must be a qualified Accountant who demonstrates:

• Comfortable working to your own deadlines and demands
• The ability to confidently liaise with fellow stakeholders and business leaders to ensure operations and processes are clearly met
• An operational mind-set and experience of projects are advantageous as you will be reporting into the international project board as well as finance

Salary & Benefits

The Finance Manager will be offered £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus competitive benefits to suit such a role. Flexible working is currently in place, but the expectation long term will be visibility across the office network as well as occasional international travel.
