This leading International Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Transaction or Restructuring Tax specialist to join its growing London team.
You will be responsible for working on a range of projects including Transaction structuring, Group Reorganisations, Distressed debt advisory and Contingency planning working with a wide range of high profile clients across sectors.
The successful candidate is likely to be ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified from a leading Accountancy firm and have proven UK Corporate Tax experience including some relevant Transaction or Restructuring experience.
Proven technical skills should be matched with excellent client handling skills and the ability to work in small close knit teams.
