Your new company
An exciting Oxfordshire tech start up is seeking an experienced qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Finance Manager to join the business and lead the finance function. This role will report to the CEO and aim to provide financial support across all aspects of the business, as it continues on it's growth journey.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be required to manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial & management reporting, transactional review, payroll and credit control. In addition, you will be expected to track expenditure against funded projects, whilst also preparing VAT returns and reports for R&D tax credits. Furthermore, you will be responsible for a direct report in the finance function and also lead all finance-related process improvement projects, as well as system upgrades.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a highly experienced and qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with desirable exposure to SME tech businesses. Furthermore, you will need to be proactive self-starter with excellent communication abilities, with a willingness to roll your sleeves up at all levels, dependant ad hoc on business needs.
