Corporate Finance Associate - Well established independent firm

A rare opportunity has arisen with a well-known independent firm of accountants who have engaged Sharp Consultancy to find a talented individual to join their team in Leeds.

The firm as a whole is enjoying a surge of success and experiencing a strong period of growth and are predicting this to carry on for the foreseeable. This has created a number of strategic openings in the firm across a number of service lines, including corporate finance.

A great environment for someone joining the team, this firm has had strong period of deal activity with a good run of completions and with a lots of work in progress for you to get stuck in with.

You will advise on the full range of buy and sell side transactions including, but not limited to; mergers and acquisitions, MBO's, MBI's, equity raising, disposals and much more. The role would suit an existing corporate finance advisor or perhaps someone from the world of transaction services (due diligence). Either way, you will be a qualified accountant, ACA, CA, ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) with a strong record of academic achievement and up to date advisory experience from a quality firm of accountants, corporate finance house or transaction services team.
