Your new company
You will be working for a well established magazine company located in the hear of London City not far from Bank Station.


Your new role
The business are looking to implement a new global system which integrates everything as opposed to having a variety of systems for different functions. The project will mean implementing one system for invoicing, AR, credit management, POs, accounts payable and accounts receivable, revenue recognition, cashbooks and reporting activity. The role will include:

• Ensuring that the business users are competent users of Netsuite and supporting the business to understand the system so the system can be utilised to it's full extent
• Weekly reporting on the status of the system project so that stakeholders have transparent and honest information regarding this.
• Logging key information including any risks, issues, lessons etc
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Responsible for O2C global template elements including GPDD's and RACM.
• Working with business stakeholder to understand where there are gaps in the template documentation.
• Championing change

You will be responsible for:

• Driving accurate business requests for deviations, exceptions and localisations
• Efficiently manage and resolve risks and issues required including escalations when necessary
• Effective planning and task management
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
• Supporting the requirements and mapping of relevant CRM solutions
• Assisting with cleansing of data migration
• Ability to understand business challenges and legislative requirements to ensure the integrity of the Global template whilst meeting legislative requirements
• Proposing process improvement ideas with the focus always on GFTP Design Principles of Standardisation, Simplification, Automation and Integration whilst maintaining the overall principle of simple but effective solution
• Responsible for review and feedback
• Responsible for the O2C elements of the cut-over plan and ensuring they are successfully carries out with the appropriate documentation and sign off
• Support business design workshops and contribute to As-ls vs To-Be-gap analyses to determine changes required to business processes or solution design

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:

• Commercial experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Change management experience
• Strong O2C knowledge
• Saas solutions implementation experience
• Previous experience working on Finance Transformation Programmes
• Experience migrating from diverse legacy systems and processes to a Best Practice, standardized Global solution
• O2C implementation experience with a strong understanding of Deferred revenue in a Subscription and Events based organization
• Good understanding of Sales Tax to be able to understand what the challenges will be if non-compliant invoices are sent to customers
• Experience of working with business users that have not been through transformational change previously
• Experience implementing O2C within Netsuite is desirable
