I am looking for a Divisional Finance Lead for my Private Equity backed, Warrington based client as they embark on a phase of significant growth. My client is one of the regions recent success stories and they are forecasting excellent profits and further growth both organically and through acquisition. This is an excellent role for an ambitious accountant looking for career development and the opportunity to work in a fast paced but rewarding environment. The successful candidate will also be mentored by an impressive FD and given the opportunity to progress within the business. 

The Divisional Financial Lead will be responsible for all financial aspects of their division including; 
  • Forecasting P&L and cash
  • Driving a culture of profit improvement and efficiency 
  • Managing cash and overseeing cash collection
  • Providing robust financial decision-making tools to senior management 
  • Overseeing the budgeting and/or financial projections for the Division (including cap-ex budgets)
  • Communicating financial drivers and issues clearly and simply to internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements; 
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to non finance stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience of implementing/developing an ERP system
  • Experience of commercial and contractual issues
  • Team player who is able to work across the business partner effectively across the business
