Unquoted search are working with one of our key private equity clients to find an experienced interim FD/CFO with a wealth of PE backed portfolio experience. Our client is looking for someone that has been instrumental post-deal, transforming a finance function and professionalising a team.
The CFO’s objective will be to manage the BAU, continue the growth and ultimately guide the business through the exit strategy. This individual will play a pivotal role in the strategy and will be responsible for a clear 3-year plan. The CFO will also lead the business through any M&A bolt on opportunities that arise.
