Interim to Perm Finance Manager | Midlands Based | Circa £50,000-60,000 + Bonus, benefits, share scheme | Healthcare / FMCG
We have been retained by a Pre-IPO, rapidly expanding Healthcare / FMCG company to recruit a Finance Manager. The business has successfully launched its product range into a national supermarket chain and are seeing continued growth with the acquisitions of complementary businesses. The Finance Manager will run the finance function and take responsibility for the management accounts and statutory reporting for the group. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this person will be a pivotal member of the team as the group works towards an IPO in 2021.
Main Responsibilities:
Management of all financial processes including: cashflow, bank reconciliations, financial forecasting and budgeting. Working with external partners to manage the compilation of IFRS Statutory accounts. Daily management of purchases, sales of services, VAT, taxes and other financial information as required. Working with external partners in preparation for the planned IPO in 2021.
Qualifications required for the Finance Manager:
ACA/ACCA Qualified with 3+ years PQE. Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS Accounting. Extensive knowledge of VAT reporting. Sage experience would be beneficial.
