My client is a high profile and expanding multi-site, market-leading Consumer Service company operating on a subscription membership business model.

Based at the UK HO based in Cannock, this is an excellent newly created role reporting jointly to the Sales & Marketing Director and CFO.

The key purpose of the role will be to translate higher volumes of data into clear and meaningful information to provide succinct business performance and key trend analysis to support robust management decisions; key focus will be on Sales pipeline, Pricing, Retention rates, Occupancy efficiencies and Customer Insight/Satisfaction levels,

This exciting new wide-ranging role will sit between the Finance and Commercial teams with regular daily communication across all HO departments as well as with Operations Managers and staff at local site level.

The ideal candidate will possess a range of the following skills/experience:

  • High volume data analysis experience with well developed Excel/BI skills.
  • Commercially switched on and business "savvy", capable of seeing the bigger picture to highlight key sales/business trends and recommend practical improvements.
  • Confident and strong communicator, able to liaise effectively with all levels across a matrix organisation.
  • Experience in a similar fast moving, multi site B2C Consumer business would be a further advantage.
