This is a great job; some flexibility in hours and the change to work from home several days a week.... but you will need to be a commutable distance from Swansea!
I'm looking for a candidate with office management and finance management experience to join a compact office team for this busy and fast paced role..... you will provide end to end payroll services for the 100+ workforce (you will use SAGE for this, but any payroll system experience is acceptable. The company uses XERO combined with Excel; although Xero experience isn't essential, you will need to be confident in the use of Excel, particularly with regards to spreadsheets, exporting and importing data, and some higher functions such as V-lookups and Pivot-tables. You will also need a really robust understanding of the dual entry bookkeeping process. This is not an entry level role, nor is it suitable for someone with training but no experience...... you will be working unsupervised and responsible for the full process through to trial balance!
