Finance Business Partner Operations and Supply Chain

Finance Business Partner for Operations and supply chain for highly successful FMCG business based in North Hertfordshire.

Investigo have been appointed as sole agency to source a highly commercial Finance Business Partner to work closely with the Head of Operations to optimise business performance through operational insight and provision of constructive challenge to the senior leadership team.

Whilst reporting to the Financial Director you will have a dotted line to the Head of Operations and will focus on driving efficiencies and processes to the operations and supply chain across several UK sites.

Whilst managing a small team this highly commercial finance role will identify and in order of priority execute cost saving and capital investment opportunities across supply chain, packing, wastage, inventory, overheads and labour through meaningful analysis.

With this being a newly created role it is essential that the successful applicant is a self-starter with the ability to identify, manage and see multiple projects are completed.

As a qualified accountant with experience in a fast paced consumer business you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
