Your new role
As Finance Manager you will lead a small team in the monthly and annual financial reporting of the charity.
Working closely with a talented finance director you will eventually take on leadership of other operational areas in the charity and progress eventually to the post of Finance Director.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience of working for a charity and share the values of working for a charity.
You must be a qualified accountant
You should have staff management experience and have the ambition to progress to a senior leadership position.
