Key Responsibilities
- Business partner with the development managers to drive the business forward
- Build complex financial models
- Review existing models for accuracy
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Work with corporate finance leads
- Work alongside the property team in terms of site acquisitions
- Cash flow forecasting
- Analyse financial returns
Key Requirements
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong academic background
- Excellent excel skills
- Ideally FMCG/Retail experience
