Senior Financial Accountant

Our FTSE 100 client is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join them on a 10-month FTC basis. This is a key position supporting the HQ Management team with the provision of high quality financial and non-financial support.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for timely month end close
• Work with internal and external audits
• Intercompany cross charges, recharges, reconciliations, assist on SAP coding
• Global balance sheet review reporting & coordination
• Knowledge of UK GAAP /IFRS & other reporting requirements
• Assisting in preparing the tax pack for Tax Reporting
• Review and update the Royalty Model
• Work with the team to update and ensure the Royalty charges are sent to the correct entities and Royalty income paid to the correct entities
• Produce the statutory accounts with supporting backup of statutory adjustments
• Review and manage the Fixed Assets reporting
• Understand Transfer Pricing

To be considered for this opportunity you will be/have:

• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• 4-7 years work experience within Finance
• FMCG knowledge and international experience a bonus
• SAP knowledge and experience is essential
• HFM experience a bonus
