To be successful in this role you will ideally be skilled at working in a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail. This is a varied role and requires the successful person to be organized and able to effectively multi task and manage their own time.
The main duties will include:
-General collation/admin/processing of payroll data in preparation of monthly payroll processing
-Processing leave management for the payment of holiday, sickness and statutory leave
-Uploading details for the pension website
-Creating of Microsoft Excel reports
-Processing employee benefits including pension
-Administering the company benefit schemes
-Arrangement of meetings & working closely with the Payroll Supervisor
-Providing admin support to the HR Team in the processing of new starters and leavers,
-General Admin - supporting roll out of site or group wide correspondence or projects
-Any other admin tasks as necessary to support the team
The successful candidate will require the following:
-Experienced in payroll and pensions administration
-Good knowledge & proficient use of payroll systems
-Payroll & Finance related qualification is desirable
-Accurate administrative skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Working knowledge of the current furlough scheme is advantageous!
-Able to commit to the assignment in full
-Available to start at short notice
