Finance Manager job for an SME Manufacturing business in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottingham
Your new company
A UK based SME Manufacturing business based in Sutton in Ashfield with a turnover of c£2m is seeking a Finance Manager to join their small team at short notice.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working as a sole-charge Finance Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance team.
This is a start to finish role where you will be responsible for all financial processes from transactional processing (invoicing) through to management accounts prep and presenting to Board.
You will have the ongoing support of the external accountants and act as the main point of contact for any and all finance queries.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have similar experience working in an SME environment and ideally come from a manufacturing or stock-based background. You will be comfortable with invoice processing through to management accounts/reporting and be confident in your approach when presenting to MD. It would be a huge bonus if you have previous experience using Sage.
What you'll get in return
